("AHI") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-A (Preliminary Proxy Statement), including its SEC Form 11-A for fiscal year ended December 31, 1998, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on July 30, 1999 at 7:30 a.m. at the Via Mare Penthouse, Urdaneta Legazpi Function Room at the Philippine Stock Exchange Centre, East Tower, Pasig City.
