June 23, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1484-99 SUBJECT : Megaworld Properties & Holdings, Inc . With reference to Circular No. 1440-99 dated June 18, 1999, Megaworld Properties & Holdings, Inc. ("MEG") furnished the Exchange a copy of its Amended SEC Form 11-C correcting its previous disclosure which inadvertently stated that the consideration for the conveyance to BW Resource Corporation ("BW") of a 7,255-square meter portion of MEG's Marina Square project is One Billion common shares of BW, instead of the correct figure of One Billion Two Hundred Million BW common shares.
