June 23, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1483-99 SUBJECT : BW Resource Corporation With reference to a news article published in the June 23, 1999 issue of the Manila Times, which reported that Best World Gaming Corporation (BWEG), which was awarded the exclusive rights to operate computerized on-line bingo, has admitted holding merger talks with BW Resource Corporation ("BW"), the company, in a letter to the Exchange, explained that: ". . . At this point in time, there are still no final or definite plans to merge the two (2) corporations.
