February 17, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 148-98 DAILY DRILLING BULLETIN HIPPO-I WELL (Sandakan Basin, Sulu Sea) During the past 24 hours, Arco Philippines, Inc., operator of Geophysical Survey and Exploration Contract (GSEC) No. 74, drilled to a depth of 3,060 feet, an advance of 1,591 feet.
