July 1, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1479-98 NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF STOCKHOLDERS MEETING TO ALL STOCKHOLDERS OF ATLAS CONSOLIDATED MINING & DEVELOPMENT CORP . Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corporation (ACMDC), which was postponed to July 8, 1998 as earlier announced, is postponed indefinitely until such time that the negotiations for the settlement of the claims of creditors, which is a condition precedent to the rehabilitation of the Toledo Copper Mine, has been finalized.
