(Formerly : Dharmala Philippines, Inc . ) Gentlemen : During the special Board of Directors meeting held today (June 22, 1999), the Directors resolved to postpone the regular annual stockholders' meeting of the Corporation scheduled on June 30, 1999 to August 20, 1999, Friday, 9:00 a.m. at the Board Room, 5th Floor, Wise Center, 142 Amorsolo Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City.
