Gentlemen : Please be informed that during the Special Board Meeting held yesterday, the Board approved the resolution for the Annual Stockholders' Meeting to be held at the Club Pilipino, 2:00 P.M. on August 25, 1999. For the purpose of the meeting, only stockholders of record at the close of business hours on June 30, 1999 will be entitled to vote thereat.
