June 29, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1471-98 SUBJECT : Far Eastern University Further to Circular No. 1335-98 dated June 17, 1998 pertaining to Far Eastern University's ("FEU") cash dividend declaration, in the amount of P12.00 per share, FEU would like to correct a clerical error regarding the closing of the books which should have been June 27 to July 12, 1998 instead of July 3 to July 12, 1998. The record date of June 26, 1998 and payment date of July 13, 1998 remain the same.
