June 22, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1468-99 SUBJECT : Far East Bank & Trust Company Additional Listing The Exchange approved on June 10, 1999 the listing application of FAR EAST BANK & TRUST COMPANY to list additional 54,000,000 common shares , with par value of P10 . 00 per share , to cover the 10% stock dividend declaration to stockholders of record as of May 15, 1999 . However, the actual listing of the 413,788 common shares, representing the 10% stock dividend of the issued but unlisted 4,137,880 common shares, shall take effect upon listing of the issued but unlisted common shares.
