("SOC") informed the Exchange, that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved on June 10, 1999 its Amended By-Laws, particularly the amendment to Article II, reflecting the change of the date of the annual stockholders' meeting of the corporation from the second Friday of May to the third Wednesday of April of each year .
