June 22, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1466-99 SUBJECT : A . Soriano Corporation In reply to the Exchange's inquiry regarding a news article published in the June 21, 1999 issue of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, which reported that A. Soriano Corporation ("ANS") has started discussions with the Wellex Group to sell its Amanpulo Resort in Palawan, ANS, in a letter to the Exchange dated June 21, 1999, clarified that: cdt "Anscor has not offered its high-end Palawan resort to the Wellex Group or to any other business groups.
