January 27, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 146-99 DAILY DRILLING BULLETIN DESTACADO-2 WELL (NW Palawan) Shell Philippines-Exploration B.V. (SPEX) decided to plug and abandon the well after failing to detect the presence of hydrocarbons in the borehole. The well was drilled to a final depth of 12,358 feet.
