June 26, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1447-98 SUBJECT : Matsushita Electric Philippines Corporation Further to Circular No. 841-98 dated April 28, 1998, Far East Bank and Trust Company, as stock transfer agent of Matsushita Electric Philippines Corporation ("MEP"), informed the Exchange, in a letter dated June 25, 1998, that the issuance date for MEP's 10% stock dividend declaration, to stockholders of record as of June 30, 1998 , shall be on July 30, 1998 .
