The Board of Directors of the Corporation confirmed the lease of the Property owned by the Corporation, situated of M. H. del Pilar, Mayombo, Dagupan City for a period of nine months, commencing April 1, 1999 up to December 31, 1999 to Florentino U . Gadate , Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Dagupan City under such terms and conditions deemed beneficial to the Corporation; cdll 2. The Board of Directors confirmed the Contract of Lease signed by the President of the Corporation, Mr. Jose C. Go and Mr. Florentino U. Gadate, acknowledged before Notary Public Maximino N.
