February 16, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 143-98 SUBJECT : Urban Bank, Inc. Clarification of News Article Urban Bank, Inc. ("Urban Bank") confirmed to the Exchange, in its letter dated 13 February 1998, the accuracy of the figures in the article entitled: "Urban Bank nets P376 M in 1997" published in the 2 February 1998 issue of The Philippine Star.
