Ong Vice President Listing & Disclosure Group Gentlemen : Please be informed that EEI Corporation, through its joint venture company in Saudi Arabia, the Al-Rushaid Construction Company, where it has a 49% equity stake, was recently awarded a US$40.2 million contract for the construction of 4 units of 600 MW gas and oil fired generators for the Ghazlan Power Plant in Saudi Arabia.
