Gentlemen : Please be advised that the Board of Directors of Euro-Med Laboratories Phil., Inc., at its regular meeting held on June 16, 1999 at 4:30 p.m. in which a quorum was present throughout, unanimously elected Justice Florenz D. Regalado to the Board of Directors as its Vice Chairman to hold office as such for a term to expire at the next annual election of directors. As Vice Chairman of the Board, he shall perform, at the request of the Chairman or in the latter's absence or disability, the duties of the Chairman of the Board, and when so acting, shall have the powers of, and be subject to all restrictions upon the Chairman of the Board.
