June 17, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1418-99 June 16, 1999 PHILIPPINE STOCK EXCHANGE PSE Center, Exchange Road Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City Attention: Disclosure Department Gentlemen : Please be Informed that the scheduled Organizational Meeting and Regular meeting of the Board of Directors of INTERPHIL LABORATORIES, INC . today, June 16, was cancelled , due to the unavailability of a majority of the Board of Directors resulting to lack of quorum. Consequently, the elected officers of Interphil Laboratories, Inc. for the year 1998-1999 shall continue to serve until their successors have been duly elected and qualified. The said meeting is thereby reset to July 14, 1999, Wednesday at 3:00 P.M. at the Third Floor, Zuellig Boardroom, Zuellig Building, Malugay Street, Makati City. Thank you.
