June 24, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1415-98 SUBJECT : International Container Terminal Services, Inc . Further to Circular No. 689-98, International Container Terminal Services, Inc. ("ICT") informed the Exchange, in a letter dated June 23, 1998, that Securities and Exchange Commission, in an Order of even date, fixed July 23, 1998 as the record date for the purpose of determining the stockholders entitled to the fifty percent (50%) stock dividend declared by the Board of Directors on April 15, 1998 and ratified by the stockholders on April 16, 1998.
