Ong Re : Postponement of Annual Stockholders Meeting Gentlemen : Further to our letter of May 18, 1998, please be informed of the further postponement of our annual stockholders' meeting this year from July 9, 1998 to August 6, 1998, to be held at 9:00 a.m. in the Fairways Dining Room of the Manila Golf and Country Club in Forbes Park, Makati City. Further postponement of the meeting is being made due to the unavailability of the Chairman of the Board. This will also give the Company ample time within which to finalize the necessary preparations for the meeting including the required Information/Proxy Statement and other materials to be distributed to the shareholders of record prior to the meeting. cdpr The record date of June 01, 1998, as previously disclosed, shall remain.
