January 24, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 141-00 Posted January 21, 2000 SUBJECT : South Seas Natural Resources, Inc . With reference to the advertisement of PhilWeb.Com, Inc. published in the January 21, 2000 issue of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, South Seas Natural Resources, Inc. ("SSO'') clarified the statements in said ad, to wit: "xxx xxx xxx 1) The ad is SSO's; 2) The statements in the ad will be the operations SSO will engage in; 3) The Company is not yet generating revenues from the internet business; 4) . . . SSO is simply changing its corporate name to PhilWeb.Com, Inc. PhilWeb. Com, Inc. did not acquire SSO. We wish to state that the ad was placed to apprise the public of SSO's new business direction, to address the numerous questions that were being asked about SSO as a result of the corporate actions it had recently taken . . ."
