June 16, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1406-99 SUBJECT : Mondragon International Philippines, Inc . Mondragon International Phils., Inc. ("MON"), in connection with its legal dispute with Clark Development Corporation (CDC), furnished the Exchange a copy of the Supreme Court Resolution requiring CDC, respondent to the case, to comment on the omnibus motion filed by MON. Moreover, the Court has also required the parties to submit an amicable settlement of this case within twenty days from notice.
