Please be informed that Digitel is not at present conducting any negotiations with Globe Telecom GMCR, Inc. and Bayan Telecommunications, Inc. for the purchase of its shareholdings. Mr. John Gokongwei, Jr. denies that he is asking for a P3 per share for 47.45% stake in the company nor is he negotiating with any of the firms.
