Buenaventura Supervisor Disclosure Department Gentlemen/Mesdames: Pursuant to SEC and PSE's disclosure requirements, please be advised that the Board of Directors during its Regular Quarterly Meeting held this morning also approved the following: (1) The holding of its Annual Stockholders Meeting on April 26, 1999; (2) February 26, 1999 as the record date for the purpose of determining who the stockholders shall be entitled to notice of or to vote at the Annual Stockholders Meeting. (3) The 1999 Capital Program in the amount of P2.136 billion; and (4) Funding in the amount of P40.3 million for the upgrade of its bulk plant fire fighting system.
