US$10 Million worth of convertible notes to AIG Asian Opportunity Fund L.P. and Philippine American Life and General Insurance Company. We also report the resignation of Mr. Bradley A. West from the Board of Directors of the Company, to allow the election to the Board of a nominee of the AIG Group in accordance with the terms of the aforementioned convertible note issue.
