("BRN") furnished the Exchange on June 19, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on June 29, 1998 , at 2:30 p.m., at the Auditorium on the Ground Floor of the Philippine Stock Exchange Centre, Exchange Road, Ortigas Centre, Pasig City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of March 31, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
