("AGI") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), including its 1998 Financial Statements, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on July 9, 1999 , at 9:00 a.m., at the Eastwood City Information Center (Showroom), Eastwood City, #188 E. Rodriguez, Jr. Avenue (C-5 Road) corner Eastwood Avenue, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Metro Manila. The agenda shall be as follows: LLjur 1. Proof of notice of meeting 2. Determination of quorum 3. Reading and approval of minutes of previous meeting 4. Report of management for fiscal year 1998. 5. Ratification of acts of the Board of Directors and management for the previous fiscal year 1998 6.
