June 19, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1374-98 SUBJECT : RFM Corporation Further to Circular No. 1128-98 dated May 26, 1998, Far East Bank and Trust stock transfer agent of RFM Corporation ("RFM") informed the Exchange that the payment date for RFM's cash dividend declaration, in the amount of P0.01 per share , to stockholders of record as of June 15, 1998, shall be on July 7, 1998 . Furthermore, RFM will issue cash dividends of P0.1167 per preferred share to Preferred Shareholders of record as of June 29, 1998, payable on July 13, 1998 .
