June 19, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1372-98 SUBJECT : Manila Bulletin Publishing Corporation Manila Bulletin Publishing Corporation ("MB") furnished the Exchange on June 18, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Preliminary Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on July 14, 1998, at 10:00 a.m., at the Quezon Hall, Philippine Columbian Association, Plaza Dilao, Paco, Manila. The Stock and Transfer Book of the company will be closed on June 17, 1998 for the purpose of the said meeting.
