June 19, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1359-98 SUBJECT : Philippine National Bank Further to Circular No. 1150-98 dated May 27, 1998, Philippine National Bank ("PNB") furnished the Exchange a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Special Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on July 21, 1998 , at 9:00 a.m., at the PNB Banking Hall, 3rd Floor, PNB Financial Center, Roxas Blvd., Pasay City. The agenda for the meeting shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Secretary's Proof of Notice and Quorum 3. Election of Directors 4. Adjournment As previously announced, stockholders of record as of June 22, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
