June 9, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1356-99 SUBJECT : RFM Corporation RFM Corporation ("RFM") informed the Exchange, in a letter dated June 8, 1999, that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on even date, approved the issuance of 100,000,000 common shares from the unissued shares of the corporation. The issuance of said shares is part of RFM's efforts to raise additional capital to finance its operations.
