Dizon has filed his resignation as member of the Board. In a letter addressed to all the Directors of the Board dated 27 January 1998, Mr. Dizon cited his on-going studies abroad as the main reason for his failure to attend meetings and perform his functions. A copy of his letter is enclosed herewith for your reference. Mr. Dizon served as a Director for a period of four (4) months when he was elected to the nine (9) seat Board of Directors during the annual stockholders' meeting held on 05 September 1997. The Board in a Special Meeting held last 09 February 1998 accepted his resignation and elected Msgr. Federico O. Escaler, S.J., D.D. to fill up the vacant seat. Thank you for your kind attention.
