Garcia Listing Group Compliance and Monitoring Department In compliance with our obligations under the Revised Securities Act, please take notice that the Money Market Operations Department of the Securities and Exchange Commission has issued Resolution No. 04, Series of 1998. Said Resolution exempts from the registration requirements of the RSA the issuance of 896,769,000 common shares of MARSMAN & COMPANY, INC. in favor of Zuellig Pharma Corporation and Mercator Securities Corporation.
