("RCB") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), including its 1998 Annual Report, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on June 28, 1999 , at 4:00 P.M. at the Executive Lounge, 3rd Floor, RCBC Building, 333 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City. The agenda for the meeting shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order. 2. Proof of Notice and Certification of Quorum. 3. Approval of the Minutes of the Annual and Special Meetings of the Stockholders held on May 26, 1998 and October 19, 1998 respectively. 4.
