June 10, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1300-98 SUBJECT : Mabuhay Vinyl Corporation Further to Circular No. 1262-98 dated June 8, 1998, Mabuhay Vinyl Corporation ("MVC") furnished the Exchange a copy of SEC Form 34-A (Definitive Proxy Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on June 25, 1998 , at 3:00 p.m., at the Ayala Hall, Makati Sports Club, Makati City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of May 27, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
