June 3, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1299-99 June 3, 1999 SUBJECT : DMCI Holdings, Inc . Further to Circular No. 1090-99 dated May 14, 1999, DMCI Holdings, Inc. ("DMC") informed the Exchange, through SEC Form 11-C, that its Board of Directors, in a special meeting held on May 31, 1999, moved for a further postponement of the Annual Stockholders' Meeting from June 21, 1999 to July 7, 1999 to accommodate the completion of the company's 1998 Annual Report.
