June 10, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1299-98 SUBJECT : Dharmala Philippines, Inc . Further to Circular No. 1240-98 dated June 4, 1998, Dharmala Philippines, Inc. ("DPI") furnished the Exchange a copy of SEC Form 34-A (Definitive Proxy Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on June 30, 1998 , at 10:00 a.m., at the Ballroom III, Dusit Hotel Nikko, Makati City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of May 31, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
