DAOANG Money Market Operations Department SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION EDSA, Greenhills, Mandaluyong Metro Manila Dear Director Daoang : We wish to advise that as part of our efforts to maximize the use of company resources, we have decided to consolidate the operations of our General Santos Branch with those of our Davao Branch. Accordingly, effective July 1, 1998, our General Santos Branch shall cease operations but servicing of the said branch's clients' transactions shall be handled at our Davao Branch to ensure continued response to customers' requirements. In view of the above, we are surrendering the Certificate of Authority 035-K dated April 17, 1997 issued by the Commission. We wish to thank you and the SEC for your continued, support.
