The Regular Stockholders' Meeting of San Miguel Corporation will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 1998 at 2:00 p.m. at the Grand Plaza Ballroom of the Westin Philippine Plaza Hotel, CCP Complex, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. 2. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at said meeting is March 20, 1998. 3. Our Stock and Transfer Books will be closed from March 21 to April 21, 1998. 4.
