Ong Vice President Listing and Disclosure Group Gentlemen : In compliance with the Corporate Disclosure Requirements of the Philippine Stock Exchange, we report that the major shareholders of Zeus Holdings, Inc., namely, Far East Cement Corporation and Eagle Cement Corporation, have agreed to sell in favor of Blue Circle Industries PLC shares of stock of Zeus equivalent to 57% of its outstanding capital stock, subject to the fulfillment and satisfaction of certain closing conditions.
