June 8, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1275-98 SUBJECT : Vantage Equities, Inc . Further to Circular No. 1241-98 dated June 4, 1998, Vantage Equities, Inc. ("V") furnished the Exchange on June 5, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on June 30, 1998 , at 3:00 p.m., at the Penthouse, Via Mare Restaurant, Philippine Stock Exchange Centre, Exchange Road, Ortigas Centre, Pasig City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of May 13, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting and any adjournment thereof.
