June 5, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1262-98 SUBJECT : Mabuhay Vinyl Corporation Mabuhay Vinyl Corporation ("MVC") furnished the Exchange a copy of SEC Form 34-A (Preliminary Copies of Notice, Proxy Statement and Proxy Form) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on June 25, 1998 , at 3:00 p.m., at the Ayala Hall, Makati Sports Club, Makati City. As previously disclosed in Circular no. 1252-98, stockholders of record as of May 27, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
