June 1, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1258-99 SUBJECT : Wise Holdings, Inc . Further to Circular No. 1173-99 dated May 24, 1999, Wise Holdings, Inc. ("WHI") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-A (Preliminary Proxy Statement), in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on June 30, 1999 , at 9:00 a.m., at the Wise Center, 142 Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of May 31, 1999 are entitled to notice of, and to vote, at, said meeting.
