June 5. 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1257-98 SUBJECT : Sinophil Corporation Further to Circular No. 1140-98 dated May 26, 1998, Sinophil Corporation ("SINO") furnished the Exchange a copy of SEC Form 34-A (Definitive Proxy Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on June 23, 1998 , at 3:30 p.m., at the Boracay Room, Shangri-La EDSA Plaza Hotel, Mandaluyong City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of May 18, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
