Mabel Garcia Head, Listing Department Gentlemen : We are pleased to report that Fil-Estate Properties, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fil-Estate Land, Inc. ("LND"), has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement ("Agreement") with Kingsville Construction and Development Corporation. Under the terms of the Agreement, Fil-Estate Properties, Inc., as "Developer", will cause the development into a residential community of nine (9) parcels of land owned by Kingsville Construction and Development Corporation and which parcels are situated in Antipolo, Rizal.
