Garcia Head, Listings Group Compliance Monitoring SUBJECT : Postponement of Annual Stockholders' Meetings Gentlemen : The Board of Directors of PDCP Development Bank, Inc. has decided to postpone the annual meeting of its stockholders to another date to be determined at the next Board meeting.
