June 3, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1226-98 June 2, 1998 A Brown Company, Inc. ("ABCI") agreed to enter into a joint venture agreement with Antipolo Properties ("API") whereby API will develop properties with an area of 14.9 hectares under the control of ABCI adjoining API's subdivision project in Binangonan called Village East. The joint venture partners ABCI and API shall share the sales proceeds of the lots on a 60% to 40% basis. API will develop the joint venture subdivision to the same standard as its own Village East Subdivision and shall become an integrated part thereof.
