May 27, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1219-99 May 26, 1999 Disclosure Department Listings & Disclosure Group Philippine Stock Exchange PSE Center, Exchange Road Ortigas Center, Pasig City Gentlemen : We advise that the annual stockholders' meeting of Philcomsat Holdings Corporation which, under the company's by-laws, is scheduled in the month of May on a date to be fixed by the Board of Directors, has not yet been scheduled and will therefore have to be postponed. It is anticipated that certain organizational changes may take place, considering the changes in the Board of Directors of the Company's parent, Philippine Communications Satellite Corporation.
