S i r : Please be advised that the 1999 Annual Stockholders' Meeting of Vulcan, scheduled on last Wednesday of May as per by-laws of the Corporation, has been reset on a later date to be determined by the Board of Directors of said corporation. The proper notices will be sent to all concern once the date has been fixed by the board. The postponement of the said meeting was mainly due to lack of material time in the preparation of its annual report and to enable its transfer agent to prepare the list of stockholders as of record date to be set by the Board for the purpose of the said meeting.
