Mr. Lomotan is a member of the Philippine Military Academy Batch 60 and a graduate of the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. He is a retired Captain of the Philippine Navy. His previous employment includes top executive positions for Filipinas International Transport and NYK-Fil Japan Shipping Corp. In American President Lines (APL), he served various key positions in Logistics, Equipment Management and Terminal Operations not just in the Philippines but in other Asian countries as well.
